Paralegal - Creditors Rights The candidate must be an experienced Paralegal with 5+ years ideally in Creditors Rights and have strong ability to communicate with clients, courts, and team members to gain relevant information, utilize case management system along with client portals to complete tasks, monitor cases and assist attorneys in filing in a timely manner. Should have an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor with Paralegal Certificate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
