Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have a High school or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in New Jersey state and federal litigation and related areas of law. Knowledge of Land Use and Zoning related litigation is a plus. Must be able to work independently on pleadings, discovery, and e-filings with the courts, and should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other litigation software.
