Glen Larson Law Injury Attorneys is seeking an Intake Attorney to join their team in Austin, TX. This position will be the first point of contact with potential clients, screening leads and obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be retained. The successful candidate must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas, have at least 6 months experience working in the personal injury field, and have a minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience. The position offers a pay package ranging between $80,000 - $115,000, additional performance compensation, and a range of benefits. The Intake Attorney will be responsible for: Screening and monitoring potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone and referrals) Immediately contacting potential clients and establishing relationships with them Updating cases in Salesforce to reflect the status of potential new clients Conducting potential new client interviews with empathy and compassion Scheduling appointments for potential clients Taking accurate notes during the attorney-client initial consultation Collaborating with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases Maintaining a list of new clients and preparing and shipping welcome packages The successful candidate must have: A license to practice in the State of Texas, particularly in the area of personal injury, with recent graduates preferred 6 months experience working in the personal injury field preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency preferred Minimum 3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred Strong background with performance-based metrics Salesforce and case management software experience The ability to navigate and resolve unique challenges on a routine basis The highest level of integrity in handling confidential and protected health and legal information Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to effectively multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook The ability to commute/relocate is a must, as the successful candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work, and a relocation package is available upon approval.
