Premises Liability Attorney The candidate's duties include: Involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and/or arguing in court. Will consist of premises liability, dog bite, ski injury, and potentially non-subscriber cases. Will stay up-to-date on the law and best practices and be the firm's go-to person for all premises liability related matters. In addition, will be actively involved in promoting the practice area for the firm, including participating in speaking engagements, webinars, and networking events. Must have 2+ years' experience practicing personal injury; Should have experience handling premises liability cases; must be Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar; Should be Licensed and in good standing with State Bars is a plus, but not required; Should have experience drafting and responding to motions and experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions; Must have substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
