Attorney (Personal Injury) The candidate will have experience in handling cases from the initial client meeting through resolution. Should have 3+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or three (3) years experience in the insurance industry handling personal injury claims. Must have an excellent understanding of the CPLR, No Fault Regulations, various auto and property insurance coverage, and endorsements. Willingness to meet personally with clients. Should have ability to handle a high caseload. Should have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
