Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities: Client Intake. Drafting, Negotiating, Settling cases pre litigation. Drafting Complaints and Discovery. Taking and Defending Depositions. Working with Experts and Doctors. Jury Trials. Requirements: 1+ years in litigation experience, preferably plaintiff or defense personal injury. Must have drafted and argued motions, taken depositions and ideally, taken cases to jury trial. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe. Must be comfortable in learning and using case management system, Smart Advocate. Will learn how to do all of these things. Must be: Detail orientated and accurate; reliable and hard working; willing and eager to learn; positive attitude about work, life and the world; compassionate and caring; and good listener and explainer.
