Experienced Immigration Paralegal The canfidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 1 solid year of experience with family and employment-based petitions, adjustment/consular processing, and/or deportation/removal. Familiarity with legal research. Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin. Attention to detail is required. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be computer savvy, familiar with case management programs (PracticePanther and Docketwise is a plus), and authorized to work in the U.S.
