Probate Attorney The candidate must have experience in probate matters, including deceased estates, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and related litigation. Should preferably also have experience in one or more of the following: estate planning, special needs planning, Medicaid and VA planning, personal injury, or real estate matters such a quiet title proceedings. Must have Illinois Bar license, ability to travel for hearings if needed, and ability to travel to MI at least a few times per year for 1-2 days at a time. A current caseload or book of business preferred.
