Paralegal The candidate will purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases and other real estate documents, and preparing summaries of such documents Coordinating, calendaring and tracking due diligence items and critical dates for transactions, Title commitments, title insurance policies and surveys, Research of property information on assessor and other websites, Commercial Real Estate Closings, including preparing closing checklists, closing documents and settlement statements, Loan Closings, Preparing Closing Binders and following up with outside parties post-closing, Competent with Outlook, Word, Excel, Worldox (document management system) and other software programs, Ability to multitask various projects, Professional interaction with clients and other parties, Assist professionals with client projects and project management, Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on short deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision. Retain a high level of flexibility and resourceful problem solving. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification preferred, 3-5 years of relevant experience as a paralegal are required.
