Senior Immigration Attorney Duties: In addition to working on business immigration cases, will be expected to attend immigration court hearings occassionally, prepare and file appeals and motions at USCIS and EOIR. Other responsibilities include: Completing USCIS applications, Preparing briefs, Phone Consultations and various daily activities within an Immigration Law Firm setting. Qualifications: JD Degree or LLM degree from a US based Law School. Must be a licensed attorney admitted to a US State Bar. Must have 3+ years of full-time experience (excluding any unpaid experience) as an Immigration Attorney. Experience with Employment Immigration (H-1B, L-1, O-1 visa, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 green card, PERM) is a must. Any experience with Investment and Family-based Immigration is desirable. Any experience with consulting and retaining immigration law clients is desirable. Must be a hard working individual with a can-do attitude who doesn t mind putting in extra hours to get the job done. Will have excellent Writing, Research and Organizational skills as well as the ability to get along well with others. Ability to speak any other foreign language is a plus.
