Paralegal The candidate will ensure client intake forms are processed correctly, proper management of documents in the firm's case management system, and complete various tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Will perform assignments in cooperation with the attorneys and/or paralegal. Acts as office receptionist; answering telephones, completing client intake forms, and responding to all levels of staff and the general public providing information and assistance whenever possible. Input and maintain case information in case management database. Drafting correspondence and requesting medical record. Filing, scanning and copying. Oversee our medical record's department working with clients and providers to ensure timely retrieval. Manage scheduling of various appointments including hearings. Associates in Paralegal studies (or similar), Bachelors degree, or 3+years of similar experience is preferred. Stellar attendance and positive attitude are a must. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Strong written and oral communication skills Bilingual is a plus. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be self-reliant, a true self starter, and have a track record of strong work habits.
