Legal Secretary/ Paralegal The candidate must preferably have Bachelor s degree. Should have 2+ years experience in probate and trust accounting. Must be able to prepare thorough and accurate probate and trust accountings. Must be knowledgeable and proficient in Quicken and/or QuickBooks. Should be knowledgeable and proficient or quickly become proficient in Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as other software such as HotDocs, WorldDox, and Practice Master, and TABS3. Must have excellent oral skills with ability to communicate succinctly, articulately, and professionally. Excellent writing skills and ability to write without spelling and grammatical errors required. Must be proficient at scanning documents and maintaining computer and hard copy files in organized manner and pursuant to firm protocol and procedures. Should have a professional appearance and demeanor over the phone and in-person.
