Bankruptcy Attorney Candidate will represent secured creditors in consumer bankruptcy proceedings. Must have Admission to PA bar is required, with preference given to those also barred in NY, NJ and/or DE with 1-3 years' experience in real estate, bankruptcy or property law with court experience preferred. Must be able to work independently and must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Strong writing skills and an ability to identify issues quickly with an ability to problem solve are also required.
