Cyber Security Associate Attorney The candidate will manage incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents. Will perform analysis of state, federal, and international privacy laws. Draft legal notices of a data breach to individuals and regulators. Respond to regulatory investigations arising out of a data breach. Defend privacy lawsuits. Draft privacy and security policies and procedures pursuant to HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, and other statutes. Must be a licensed attorney with 3+ years of legal experience. Basic knowledge of HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA, GDPR and other privacy laws is required. Technology, healthcare, litigation, and/or compliance backgrounds would be a plus.
