Family Law Attorney The candidate must be a junior associate with 1-3 years of family law/matrimonial experience. Would have exposure and work experience to other practice areas, such as: criminal defense, landlord/tenant,and commercial litigation. Will be responsible for all aspects of a general practice including client communications, court appearances, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation. Must be licensed to practice law in New York. Spanish skills are needed.
