In fact, these Boston lawyers are better able to handle litigation outside the typical commerical litigation (family, construction, etc.) than most similarly sized firms. In fact, the litigators here consider themselves trial lawyers, which represents a refreshing willingness to go to the courthouse if necessary--even at the most junior levels. Although the offices could be more posh and comfortable, associates with a committement to the New England area like the parochial nature of the firm and the relative predictability of lifestyle and hours.
