Litigation Attorney The candidate must be an active member and in good standing of the Arizona bar or be eligible to move in as a member, and 3 years of litigation experience, which means experience in state and federal court, and trial experience as a second or first chair. Experience with the Arizona Uniform Commercial Code as it relates to contract and warranty is required. Proven experience and success in legal and factual issue analysis, legal research, legal writing, oral presentation, and negotiation are needed. Should be skilled in identifying issues and preparing concise legal analysis, highly ethical and professional standards, and the ability to organize priorities relative to court and other deadlines. Some appellate experience in at least a supportive role is preferred. Proven success with settlement negotiation is also preferred. Knowledge of the practical factors that impact investigative and litigation decisions and goals is essential. Should preferably have proven technical skills using case management software, Office 365, One Note, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to train and learn other online platforms such as Zoom and Calendly for remote work. Must have a valid current, State driver's license, and satisfactory driving record.
