Human Resources & Attorney Recruitment Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and on-boarding for all staff and attorney positions, coordination of the summer associate program, assisting with attorney professional development programs, HRIS data maintenance, and coordination with payroll and other departments. Will assists in coordinating the recruitment process for all staff positions. Develops position descriptions and postings according to requirements. Pre-screens applicants, administers skills testing, conducts initial interviews and refers candidates to hiring managers based on qualifications, gathers feedback from interviews. Maintains applicant tracking database. Will be Responsible for sourcing candidates based on the defined needs of the practice groups including placing advertisements in publications and developing relationships with attorney placement agencies. Arranges, prepares, and adjusts interview schedules for lateral associate or partner candidates. Structures offers of employment, in accordance with Firm guidelines, prepares offer letters as directed. Tracks lateral applicants through the Firm's applicant tracking system. Will plans on-campus interview schedules, provides information to participating law schools, selects resumes for interview schedules, prepares attorneys for on-campus interviews. Schedules students for callback interviews. Coordinates annual Diversity Scholarship program. Will Produces a weekly monitor report and keeps track of all summer program assignments, finished work products, and evaluations on each summer associate. Ensures proper utilization of the summer associates. Plans and schedules all summer associate events, including welcoming gatherings and social events throughout the program. Will Assists Professional Development Manager with coordinating the CLE and training programs in the SF office. Will Conducts new hire orientation schedule for all new hires including general Firm policies and procedures. Supports the Senior Director of Administration and Administrative Management team leaders as needed on personnel issues, including serving as 2nd chair to counseling or performance related discussions. Assist with the coordination of employee relations events such as holiday events, staff appreciation week, staff recognition programs and other employee relations activities. Works with HR team in entering all employee changes (including new hires, promotions, salary, titles, address, status, etc.) in HRIS and other HR-related systems. Supports the benefits department as the point of contact for all benefit related questions. Review and update all current Job Descriptions firm-wide in collaboration with Department Managers. Must have excellent computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Responsible, Professional and Self-Motivated; able to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be highly organized and detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects. The candidate should have 5 years' experience in HR department with progressive responsibilities required. Must have college degree in business related field with high GPA. HR coursework highly desired. Previous law firm experience required. Strong recruitment experience needed. Experience working with ATS, HRIS and other HR related software.
