Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will join a law firm that handles employment, personal injury and business litigation matters. Should preferably have 1+ year of litigation experience. Must be able to go to court, be comfortable taking and defending depositions. Must be familiar with discover process, law and motion. Should be willing to work independently and supervise an assistant and/or a paralegal. Exceptional research and writing skills are required.
