Bankruptcy - Paralegal The candidate will assist with the research, preparation, and review (quality assurance and control) of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met. Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process. Perform quality assurance and control reviews of various bankruptcy documents prior to filing. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience required. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required. Paralegal Certification preferred.
