Cyber Security and Data Privacy Attorney The candidate will entail advising clients on NFTs, blockchain and cryptocurrency; preparing for, responding to and recovering from ransomware and other data incidents, privacy and security impacts of complex corporate and technology transactions; privacy and data protection compliance, vendor management/contract negotiation, and data incident response, as well as related issues such as data licensing and management; and artificial intelligence/machine learning; advising clients privacy and data security issues and compliance program implementation, including under GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, NY SHIELD, GLBA, and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulations. Must be admitted to practice law with more than 3 years of experience handling cyber security and data privacy matters within a reputable law firm or corporation. Must be a team player with attention to detail and good organizational skills; able to effectively manage own workload and communicate with people; able to work independently and as part of a team; personable and confident; and able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and external organizations.
