Junior Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for attending sales and supporting staff in overseeing the foreclosure process including attending court hearings when necessary. Will work on transactional review of all documents related to the foreclosure process, attend scheduling conferences, court hearings and foreclosure sales, residential settlement/closing knowledge a plus, draft and/or review motions, other court pleadings, and/or contracts. The candidate must have a JD Degree from an accredited law school, Membership in the Maryland Bar; with Virginia and DC admission a plus. Should have 1-3 years of experience practicing attorney in the area of Real Estate or Collections.
