Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare: subpoena requests to copy services and update records log; Motions in Limine; pretrial documents (witness list, exhibit list, statement of the case, jury instructions, etc.); and Organize and tag records and films (x-rays) and trial preparation. Must have 2 years of litigation experience. Should preferably have Insurance Defense and/or Medical Malpractice experience. Must have a Paralegal certificate (ABA Approved Program). Great organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Min. 60 wpm is required. WordPerfect and Word are a must.
