Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. JD from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2 + years of defense litigation experience. Experience in trucking, products liability and premises liability is preferred. Legal project management experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
