Paralegal The candidate will work in diverse areas of the law. A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and 2+ years of litigation experience or without degree/certificate and 6+ years of experience will be considered. The candidate should have experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation is preferred. Some travel may be required.
