Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working in conjunction the senior attorneys in the office. Will be preparing and filing legal documents, including summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery, arbitration and mediation packages. Knowledge of no-fault proceedings is essential. Coordinating and participating in initial client intake and ability to process requests inclusive of Medicare and Medicaid. Client communication. Familiarity with Smart Advocate is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must have knowledge of local court system and electronic court filing and other basic traditional responsibilities associated with the position. Should have 3+ years of similar experience. Paralegal certification is preferred. Must be n experienced full-time Litigation Paralegal. Must have excellent writing skills.
