Estate Planning / Elder Law Paralegal The candidate will play the vital role of being the main line of communication with clients. Will provide clients with competent service. Will help manage and execute legal estate plans. During meetings, sit second chair with the attorney and take notes, following up with clients after. Draft documents for the different client packages and run meetings with clients yourself in the later stages of the process. Will help with filing, maintaining office supplies, appointment scheduling, and event workshop support. Will greet each prospect and client with a warm, down-to-earth smile, helping them feel at ease. In addition to in-person appointments with clients, you also communicate with clients via email and telephone on a daily basis. Should be self-motivated and respected by the attorneys, taking on a role more similar to a junior attorney than an office manager. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills come in handy, as you interact with clients a lot! Must have 2 years of paralegal work experience. Should have excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM system.
