Associate Litigation Attorney Candidate will work in its Commercial/Multi-Family Landlord-Tenant and Civil Litigation practices. New York bar admission and completed judicial clerkship is preferred. Must have 1-2 years of civil litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently. Must have superior writing skills and prior experience drafting pleadings and briefs. Prior experience handling depositions, arbitrations, court conferences and trial calls are also preferred. New Jersey bar admission required.
