Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work for the multi-lingual Law Firm. Will be responsible to closely work with the Attorneys and Senior Paralegal on immigrant visas, family and employment based petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status as well as all aspects of naturalization processes, with cross-practice functions in criminal defense and employment law. Must have 2+ years of experience in immigration law with experience handling a high volume case load and possess the ability to prepare immigration petitions. Must possess fundamental knowledge of filings in the immigration court system, commonly used software, must possess knowledge of all the common forms used in the immigration processes. Language: Spanish required.
