Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Insurance Defense / Medical Malpractice Law Firm. Will prepare subpoena requests to copy services and update records log. Prepare Motions in Limine. Prepare pretrial documents (witness list, exhibit list, statement of the case, jury instructions, etc.). Organize and tag records and films (x-rays). Trial preparation. Must have Paralegal certificate (ABA Approved Program). Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Insurance Defense and/or Medical Malpractice experience preferred.
