Transactional/Copyright Attorney The candidate must have 3 years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements and managing transactions and other projects from start to finish. Must have an attention to detail, the ability to excel as a team member and independently and the vision to craft creative solutions to difficult problems. Work experience in copyright, music and entertainment matters is highly desirable. Experience licensing and/or selling music or other intellectual property assets is a plus.
