Associate Attorney The candidate should be a graduate (Juris Doctorate) from a top law school, possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and have a strong desire to gain first-hand experience in every stage of litigation in state and federal court. Should be a junior associate with litigation experience. Clerkship, law journal, mock trial/moot court, clinic, and fellowship experience will be a plus. Admission to practice in Texas (or the ability to get admitted in Texas quickly) will be strongly preferred.
