Experienced Support and Trial Attorney The candidate will do all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Help resolve client issues as they arise. Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner. Should have a JD. Should have 1-3 years of Personal Injury Experience. Previous litigation experience with trial experience is preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Excellent research and writing skills are essential. Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done". Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionals.
