Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to our litigation attorneys. Respond to and propound written discovery. Prepare exhibit binders and other pre-trial documents. Schedule and summarize depositions. Review and summarize discovery responses. Prepare meet-and-confer letters. File various litigation motions (like discovery motions) and preparing oppositions. Pre-trial court filings. Must have previous experience as a paralegal; experience in personal injury law; trial experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office (namely Outlook, Word, Excel); experience filing and e-filing documents in all California Courts and Federal Courts; deadline and detail-oriented skills under time pressure; detailed calendaring.
