Associate Attorney The candidate will conducting in-depth factual and legal research to assess the merits of potential and newly filed securities class actions. Working alongside the firm's partners to develop litigation recommendations for the firm's institutional investor clients. Assisting in the prosecution of securities cases from inception through trial by drafting pleadings, responding to dispositive motions, and managing affirmative and responsive discovery. J.D. with 1-3 years of experience (securities class action and/or complex litigation experience preferred). Excellent writing and legal research skills required. Genuine interest in the financial markets and the firm's core practice areas. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong organizational, team building, and communication skills a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
