Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney The candidate will join the program management team handling specialty professional lines claims (LPL, D&O, EPL, E&O, MPL). Will work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Determine coverage and monitoring of claims both domestically and with the London and Bermuda markets. Manage the mediation process from beginning to end. Communicate with clients and provide legal opinion and guidance on coverage and case resolution. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in NY. Multiple admissions a plus. Must have 2+ years of coverage or claims experience with superior analytical and research skills.
