Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include: Conduct research to support legal proceedings; Document Review; Assist with the drafting of legal documents, emails, and correspondence quickly and accurately; File pleadings with State and Federal Courts (E-Filing included); Use cloud based document management system for all files, including administrative; Manage multiple Outlook calendars and contacts; Record and store client information; Other administrative duties such as filing digital and physical documents. Must have previous experience as a paralegal. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree. Familiarity Microsoft Suite, Nuance PDF (or Adobe), DMS platforms such as FileSite and NetDocuments is required. Salesforce experience is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must.
