Part-time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will mainly handle employment-based immigration cases such as H1B, L1, PERM, etc. to work 20-30 hours weekly, flexible hours. A Bachelor s degree is required. Paralegal certificate preferred. 1+ years of experience is required. Previous experience in H1B, L1, and PERM, etc. preferred. Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, INSZoom). Able to handle matters from start to finish, track and manage case status. Strong attention to details and proven ability to multi-task. Speaking Chinese preferred. Excellent English writing skills are required.
