Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years experience defending workers compensation cases. Must possess strong negotiation and litigation skills, and the ability to work independently. Must also possess a Juris Doctorate degree and be a licensed member in good standing with the California State Bar. Will handle all phases of litigation, with ethical standards as established by state law, from inception to trial. Position requires travel to all workers compensation appeals boards (WCAB) throughout Southern California. Some travel to Northern and Central California WCAB when necessary.
