Attorney-Finance & Restructuring Candidate will assist in all closing and post-closing logistics (lien filings, chasing insurance certificates, landlord waivers, other third party items, signature pages and other post-closing deliverables, as well as preparation and updating of closing document transcript). Will support its Finance practice. Must have 3+ years of experience in financial transactions and familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code, including drafting certificates, security documents, schedules and other documents for loan closing transactions and conducting due diligence on potential borrowers. Familiarity with basic real estate and title documents is preferred.
