Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will join Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm handling complex litigation seeking a highly motivated, organized and talented legal assistant/paralegal to team up with 2 trial lawyers to help worthy clients in need of justice. Responsibilities include answering phones, client and witness interviews, online investigation, answering discovery, organizing scanning and reviewing all file materials, medical record retrieval, medical summaries, scheduling depositions hearings and meetings, drafting some letters and court documents. Must have 2-3 years in a Personal Injury Plaintiff or Defense litigation firm.
