Immigration Attorney The candidate must be familiar with: Attending court hearings (Master's and Individuals). Bond Proceedings. Legal Research, Legal Briefs, Filings with the EOIR and USCIS. Asylums, Cancellation of Removal and Waivers. Family-Based Petitions. Citizenship & Residency. Experience with Employment Based/Investment/Business Visas a plus. Should have 1-2 years experience in handling Immigration cases and have good people skills. Bilingual is a plus.
