Immigration Paralegal - Deportation Defense The candidate will draft motions and applications based on existing templates and standardized forms, and work with attorneys to prepare finalized versions. Will also communicate with clients and their families, and translate documents between Spanish and English. Must have a Bachelor's degree, a paralegal certificate (preferably in immigration law), or 5+ years of experience in an immigration law firm or nonprofit. Should have a strong commitment to immigrant rights and social justice, attention to detail, be a patient and compassionate listener, and have a deep desire to help our immigrant clients and their families.
