Part-time Appellate Attorney The candidate must be an experienced appellate practitioner to independently draft approximately two state court juvenile dependency appellate briefs per month on behalf of local public entities. This is a part-time position with a billable hour goal of 90 hours per month. Doctorate (Required). California State bar admission (Required).
