The firm is proud of its diverse workplace, where colleagues are respected and valued for their unique perspectives and experiences. ## Job Description BB&K currently has an immediate opening for a Health Care Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in health care law to help deliver effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services. Primary clients of the health care team include health plans and hospitals, and the team advises on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. ## Salary Information The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $122,500 - $180,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
