The firm is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of experience for its Nashville office. The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university and be an active member in good standing with the Tennessee Bar. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following practice areas: * Professional liability defense * Medical malpractice * Nursing home malpractice * Architects and engineers * Legal malpractice * Employment litigation * General liability defense * Insurance defense * First party insurance defense * Commercial litigation * Workers compensation defense Portable book of business is a plus.
