Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation The candidate should have 2 years of relevant experience for a Workers' Compensation defense firm. Represent clients at Workers Compensation Appeals Board. Prepare and draft legal documents. Will be Managing tasks, billing; Legal writing/ pleadings. Correspond with clients regarding case status and litigation plan. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law including billing, tracking tasks, and calendar. Should have Bar license in California. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
