Associate Attorney - Corporate The candidate must have experience in one or more of the specialized knowledge requirements listed below as well as a demonstrated desire to pursue a long-term practice advising businesses and their owners in a team environment. Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have excellent research, drafting and writing skills. Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities and a workload of diverse matters in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Must have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota. Should preferably have 3+ years of legal experience. Must have 3+ years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Must have 3+ years of experience with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. Must have 3+ years of experience with organizational and corporate documentation. Must have experience in tax, bankruptcy, board governance and securities.
