Legal Secretary - Litigation The Candidate will join insurance defense law firm. Duties include: typing from dictation, filing pleadings with the Court, correspondence; manage Calendar in case management program; phone communication with clients, adversaries and courts; open mail and read/organize; scheduling depositions, etc. filing; prepare files for meetings and court; tracking matters for follow-up, etc. Skills required: Extremely organized, detailed oriented, WordPerfect, Outlook. Prior law firm for 1 year experience is a plus.
