Business Immigration Attorney The candidate should be a licensed attorney with several years of experience. Passionate about serving corporate clients as they hire and move their employees from around the world, with a focus on US employment-based immigration. This position is primarily responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the preparation of various employment-based immigration petitions, including leading strategy development discussions, client communication, support staff management and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Should have 2 years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Qualified candidates must possess a J.D. and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in any U.S. State. Must have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills. License to practice law in one U.S. state is needed.
